Our Approach
Once we have measured your 20 Job Match Core Competencies, the career exploration software then compares your 20 job success scores directly against each of the 800+ job success patterns in the Depatment of Labor's Occupational Network (O*NET). Any job success match of 75% or more is captured and used to populate the three career reports that the software creates
